FMTweak.com User Licence Agreement

Licence Grant

FMTweak grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the FMTweak Match Engine Manager for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

a) Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Software.
b) Host or upload the Software anywhere other than FMTweak.com.
c) Use the Software for commercial purposes.
d) Share or distribute the Software except via FMTweak.com.
e) Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
f) Create content featuring the Software without linking to fmtweak.com at the start and end of a video.

Breach & Penalty

Violation incurs a £250,000 fine, in addition to other legal remedies.

Ownership

FMTweak retains all intellectual property rights; no ownership is transferred.

Termination

This licence terminates if you breach any terms, requiring you to cease use and delete the Software.

Managing Cookies

You can control and manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. You can also delete cookies already stored on your device. Note that blocking some cookies may impact your website experience.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties. FMTweak is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by UK law. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
